Community Shabbat Celebration at Tucson JCC: Join Us!

The Tucson Jewish Community Center (JCC) is hosting a special community-wide Shabbat on Friday, November 15, from 5:45 PM to 8:30 PM. The event will feature candle lighting and minyanim led by various Southern Arizona congregations and educational institutions. A kosher dinner provided by Asher Amar, supervised by Rabbi Bill Lewkowicz, will be served.

The schedule for the evening is as follows:

- 5:15 PM: Doors open, followed by candle lighting and a light nosh and schmooze.

- 5:45 PM: Minyanim led by participating synagogues.

- 7:00 PM: Communal Shabbat dinner, offering chicken, fish, and vegan options.

Individuals are encouraged to register for the event by November 7, and more information is available at bit.ly/communityshabbat2024.
