The Tucson Jewish Community Center is hosting a gardening series titled "Soil + Soul: Gardening as a Jewish + Zionist Experience." The program will take place on Sundays from November 10 to December 22, running from 9 to 10:30 am. Led by Pima County Master Gardener Lev Metz, this six-session series will combine discussions and hands-on gardening activities. Participants will explore the Jewish history of planting, growing, and harvesting food while working on a community plot at the Shay Shay Garden. The program aims to deepen connections with cultural roots and the environment.
