Arizona State Troopers Graduate Class 36 Ceremony

On Thursday, November 21, 2024, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) celebrated the graduation of 27 new Arizona State Troopers from the State Trooper Academy. This graduating Class 36 included 18 cadets and nine lateral officers who have transferred from other law enforcement agencies.
Colonel Jeffrey Glover, the Director of AZDPS, addressed the new troopers during the graduation ceremony held in Mesa, where he also administered their oath of office.
The newly graduated troopers will be assigned to various duty stations across Arizona, including:
- Benson
- Bullhead City
- Casa Grande
- Flagstaff
- Holbrook
- Kingman
- Oracle
- Phoenix (Capitol and Metro Central, South, East & West)
- Prescott
- Sierra Vista
- Tucson
- Willcox
Following the graduation, each of the troopers will begin a 12-week field training program, where they will be paired with senior troopers to prepare for their highway patrol duties.
