On July 12, 2025, LAPD officers arrested four suspects connected to a burglary crew under investigation since May. The group, known as the "Tucson Crew," has been linked to several organized burglaries throughout Los Angeles.

During a coordinated operation, officers observed the suspects attempting a residential burglary in the West Valley Division. When the suspects later returned to a known hangout location in South Los Angeles, officers moved in. Three of the suspects were arrested immediately, and a fourth was located shortly afterward with the assistance of a K-9 unit and perimeter control by officers.

All four suspects have been booked for residential burglary and have prior criminal histories that include arrests and convictions for burglary, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and firearm offenses.
