Interfaith Discussion with Dr. Keren R. McGinity

The Tucson Jewish Community Center (JCC) will host an event titled "Intermarriage with Dr. Keren R. McGinity: An Opportunity for Communal Conversations and Inclusion" as part of the 2024-2025 Beth and Mike Kasser Patron of the Arts Signature Series. The event is scheduled for Sunday, November 3, from 6:30 PM to 8 PM.
Dr. Keren R. McGinity, an educator-activist, will lead the discussion focused on the contributions of interfaith families to Jewish life. She is currently the Interfaith Specialist at the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, where she educates leaders about diversity and inclusion. Dr. McGinity is also affiliated with the Hadassah-Brandeis Institute and teaches American Studies at Brandeis University. Previously, she was the founding director of the Interfaith Families Jewish Engagement program at Hebrew College in Boston.
